"They did wonderful expert work. Redid my kitchen and it looks beautiful. They removed entire kitchen and installed all new cabinets, appliances, countertops, lighting, sink, and tile backsplash. They do meticulous work and are friendly, experienced, trustworthy and have a great eye for just the right decor. Also hired them to power wash, stain, and repair my three outside decks. They replaced railings and all decks look like new. Would hire them again in an instant!"

About us: "Hovey Design is a full-service, interior staging firm founded by sisters, Hollister and Porter Hovey. After four years as a real estate agent for one of New Yorks top teams, Porter recognized a need for staging that makes spaces look like real, layered homes with a strong aesthetic point of view, not monolithic furniture showrooms. We saw people flocking to neighborhoods for beautifully designed restaurants, bars and boutiques and none of those aesthetics translated to interior staging. We wanted to change that. As with all the 600+ apartments, townhouses and model units weve staged to date, we carefully consider the neighborhood, space, light and buyer demographics when selecting décor. We mix new and high-end mid-century pieces from Scandinavia, Italy and Brazil with bold art, mainly created by Hollister. We aim to create sophisticated, playful statements that draw in the eye online and get potential buyers to open houses and keep those homes top-of-mind once they leave."

About us: "Home staging is the process of preparing your property by creating an ambiance that speaks to the senses of todays buyers. Many buyers are unable to envision how to use a space without seeing it laid out in front of them. When HOUSE OF AMBIANCE stages a listing, we implement a Design Psychology that considers tones, textures and styles enriched with elements to soothe the emotions of today's buyer. This in turn stimulates the buyers visual perception, that then evokes a feeling and a need to want to live in that space. When the buyer walks away, they leave the showing with an emotional attachment to a lifestyle. A realtor has a window of 30 minutes or less for that listing to impress the buyer. In that short showing the buyer quickly downloads a visual perception into their senses that stays with them after they leave the showing. The homes that "feel" good buries themselves into the good memory of the buyer."
