"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

"Arben did a ton of work at my home (new beams, new kitchen floor and subfloors, replace outside sliding door) . The previous homeowners left the place a mess and I was so upset at everything that needed to be fixed. I was panicking with it being near the holidays. He made sure the job was done right and done on time. He helped make decisions for our new flooring, and was always on time when we needed him. I trusted him to let himself into our home while we were not home to do the work. I am so glad we ended up using him because he was super professional and reliable. You won’t be disappointed using him for all your property needs."
