"After 2 bathroom remodels, I hired Mario and the crew from One New Creation to do an exterior of my house in the Garden District of New Orleans. Their work was perfection. They spent at least 3 weeks meticulously prepping and restoring the house before painting to ensure the finished work would be perfect. What I anticipated to be just a paint job was a restoration of historic district standards. My house was restored to late 1800s perfection. More importantly, Marioâ s payment installations kept me informed of costs so nothing was unexpected. At one point I had to acknowledge that I couldnâ t afford to do a few things that I should have likely agreed to, but Mario understood and didnâ t try to up-sell me or put pressure on me to do more."

"Ladcon was the best contractor we've ever worked with. I can't say enough about the job they did for us (a midsize job involving the construction of a large deck, a roof extension and a patio, with some electrical work inside as well). They came in right to the penny on budget, and 95% of the job was done on schedule, with just a few lingering details that got done over the remaining weeks (and were mostly our fault!). This was amazing since it was absolutely broiling outside during the construction! An important issue for us was that Ladon remained in communication with us every step of the way. They have a great team, and you know exactly who to talk to and who is going to get back to you. The project managers are on-site a lot, and it's clear that they have a great internal communication structure. ALL the workmen (carpenters, painters, electricians, landscaping guys, etc) did impeccable work. They clearly take pride in their work and were glad to re-do or revise on the spot to "get it right." You will be happy if you hire this team to do your job. They really are a team. Plus, they're super nice guys!"

"I hired RH & MS to turn my flip house into an AirBnB . I contacted a few other contractors on Homeadvisor as well. First, some never showed up for the scheduled appointment and others did not even contact me back after meeting them. I was a bit skeptic about reviews I have seen, but after meeting with Michael Saulino and his superintendent, I was very comfortable hiring him. RH&MS is excellent. They did a total remodel/ upgrade of the house, bathroom, floors, kitchen, lights, some roof repair and some doors, trim and molding etc. Mikes is an expert in his field. The crew is very good. I was impressed with their quality of work and the focus on the details. They were always on time and very dependable. Mikes bid for our remodel was very fair. They are straight forward and kept me in the loop all the time with daily pictures, text messages and calls. It was a big win win for both of us. Because of the quality of work, I am planning on hiring them again. From my experience I highly recommend RH&MS regardless what other reviews say."
