"I had my attic exhaust fan blown open from a storm. While Nick was up on my roof he found a big problem. My flashing and cement around my chimney was cracked and had a big hole. He took pictures of chimney damage and showed me. He NOT only fixed my fan but I hired him to repair damage to my chimney, which came out great ( he took pictures). What is interesting about this, is I had a chimney repair company come in September because during the storms I had one of my chimney caps blow off my roof. The chimney repair company not only told me I needed both chimney caps replaced BUT that I needed both air vents covered as he found dead sparrows. So I hired him to do the repairs, which were expensive. Then he said that I would need to have my attic exhaust fan replaced as it was broken. Since I have solar, he gave me an estimate of $2,185.00 for a solar replacement fan, which I didnâ t have fixed. Not sure what he did up on my roof but he NEVER said anything about my flashing damage, which I believe he should have seen it!! Very weird my attic fan blew open not too long after??? He never took any pictures so I would definitely NOT recommend Chimney Chap Corp. Iâ m just so glad I had AAA Home Construction Company do my repairs this time as Nick was fair in price and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I feel he is very honest."
