When the job started, they discovered that the OSB board underneath was disintegrating and showing signs of water collection and decay. The quote more tripled but I knew that they were repairing it the right way. Sidney, the project coordinator, was professional throughout and communicated at all stages in a timely manner. Manuel, the foreman, was a joy to work with. He conferred with me when the roof was peeled back on what we discovered and how to proceed. He saw that the bathroom exhaust duct was damaged and disconnected and he climbed into our attic to replace it with new ducting I purchased and connect it before the new plywood was put down.
