They both take tremendous pride in their work and go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is superior. They are punctual and disciplined. We hired Guaranteed Surface Cleaning to clean 10 rugs in our home, rugs that hadn't been cleaned in over 8 years, including our childrens' playroom. They did an amazing job. I will definitely hire them again. PS: in reading some of the other reviews, customers need to be realistic about their expectations. John and Peter are thorough and professional carpet cleaners -- not magicians. Certain kinds of stains will never come out and it's simply time to buy a new rug. I can't recommend Guaranteed Surface Cleaning enough! Five Stars!"
