The work that we contracted for involved 1. opening up the kitchen wall to the dining room 2.refinishing 60 year old solid oak floors in living room and dining room and 3. adding crown molding and new baseboard molding to the living room and dining room. The work created the vision we had for this minor remodel and upgrade. The existing walls were the original plaster and they matched the texturing perfectly. A new header was installed in the new entry to the dining room and light switches were relocated. The refinishing of the oak floors provided us a grand look for the living room and dining room. The molding and baseboard are the topper for this work and they were done immaculately. The difference from the before to the after is amazing and we are glad we selected The Carmel Guild to partner with us.
