Tremendously helpful stepping us through buying the supplies as well (despite us being total novices). When the install proved to be more complicated than he quoted, he didn’t flinch and came through like a champ. Impeccable attention to detail, and hands down one of the friendliest and fairest people we’ve ever dealt with. A lot of contractors will turn on the “sales pitch” voice, tell you want to hear, and not follow through. Not Brian. He’s the real deal. Level headed, honest, and trustworthy. The grout is barely even dry on our first job with him, and we’re already putting the wheels in motion for the next one. Could not be happier. Do yourself a favor and contact him! "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
