Steve answered my questions and provided knowledgeable information to guide me in the design process. Once I decided to go with his company, Steve got right to work and kept me apprised of the status every step of the way. On installation day, two workers arrived at my home. Both were extremely personable and a pleasure to have in my home. Steve also came for the actual installation. They were meticulous about every detail and left no trace of their being there except for the beautiful railings. I am very particular and was extremely nervous that the railings would not meet my expectations. However, the finished product was exactly what I had envisioned and exceeded my expectations. I am hopeful to work with Steve again in the near on another project."
