"What a great company! Carlos, our hot water heater installer, is the best! Our electric water heater failed and flooded the kitchen and living room on Sunday afternoon(July 22, 2018). I bought a replacement heater at a local plumbing supply store on Monday, and was searching Home Advisor on Tuesday for an installation. While I was still signed in and having just submitted my information including phone number, the phone rang and it was Kyle from MTS. I had not even finished my request and he was calling me. His partner, Carlos, was finishing another job and could start my job in about 2 hours. Carlos arrived about 1 pm and finished about 4:00. After 2 1/2 days, we had hot water! I can't say enough about MTS, you will not go wrong with them. Further, the price was fair and reasonable, about two-thirds less than other quotes I received."

He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what he could do to fix it and gave me a price which was surprisingly reasonable. I gave him the go ahead and he fixed the issue within the hour.
