"I have done business in dallas for the past 55 years. I have always been worried about dealing roofers and asphalt contractors. I needed to repair my parking lot at my restaurant in Addison. After looking for a company that I can trust I ran across Mike . I took my chances with them and I was very pleased with my decision. "Having dealt with other roofing contractors prior to selecting Granada, we went in skeptical and guarded. Carlos was our primary contact and he was such a kind and pleasant person to work with. He assured us that they would be straightforward in their dealings and their work would be quality work that we would be pleased with. We had a very difficult journey in getting our work approved by the insurance company followed by having to deal with dishonest contractors during the bid/quote process. So, our final decision to go with Granada was the best decision we made! Carlos and his partner were very quick to respond to all of our questions and provided clarity on things we weren’t quite sure about. As the work proceeded he was excellent about pointing out additional repairs needed and the cost for our approval. Even with some replacement items I questioned, he was quick to address the concerns to our satisfaction. You won’t go wrong with these guys. I am a tough customer because of past unpleasant experiences so this review can be trusted based on our experience. They replaced our roof, gutters, and some screens and siding so this was a big project. Well done Granada! Thanks for helping us bring an end to this nearly 9 months rugged journey!"
