They recommended EXO Solutions and Iâ m forever grateful. Phanna, at EXO Solutions was at our house within 36 hours after our call. He did a through inspection of our home and had a plan that was not only easy to understand but fairly priced. He then came back the next day to start the work. He took a pragmatic approach and kept us informed the entire time of what he was doing and what the plan was to get rid of these pests. He even went as far as setting up cameras in our crawl space to verify entry points so that he doesnâ t miss anything. He also kept us calm the whole time and his professional demeanor is very calming. I am 100% confident that these pests are gone and it will stay that way. John stepped in and waived the inspection fee, inspected me the following day, and performed the work needed beginning next day. His crew was professional and extremely caring. They went above and beyond the call of duty and John refused to charge more money. He could have easily charged me another $1000.00 and would not do it even though I protested. I didn't want him losing money, but he stayed firm with the estimate. I love John and his crew.
