"I hired B.H. Developers to do concrete demolition and then repouring around our entire house after a foundation repair. Samuel went above and beyond to deliver a product that we absolutely in love with. A beautiful new retaining wall with steps, new steps on the side of the house, driveway, and a path with new steps in the front yard. All with integrated lighting."

"I observed the outstanding job New generation did on my neighbors house in Menlo Park (exterior) we contacted several Companies and selected NG. Ivan and his crew did a Fantastic job in every detail. We had the entire interior of our house painted and a room completely retiled and expanded. The job was completed several days early because they work long hours. The work was done and at the end of the day everything was clean or well covered for the next day. Will be calling them again for sure."

"Yesterday, our kitchen installation was completed, and we couldn?t be more thrilled. W and W Builders Group?s crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect our freshly painted walls. They patiently answered all the questions my husband and I had, and their craftsmanship really shined through. They also gave us some fantastic design ideas to take our kitchen to the next level. When the job was done, they left everything spotless. It was a pleasure working with them, and I highly recommend W and W Builders Group and Magen ( our project manager )for any remodeling needs. Feel free to reach out if you?re thinking about hiring them?I?d be happy to share more about our great experience."

"My parents hired Hector and his team for a full kitchen and garage remodel. Employees were always on time, respectful and hard working. They all paid attention to detail and were always open to suggestions, ideas and questions. Hector was always available for my parents which was much appreciated. He is reliable and trustworthy. Hector is bilingual in English/Spanish which helped the communication process with my parents. The project was on schedule and turned out beautiful. Thank you Hector for everything that you did."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
