"We initially were seeking to have a front gutter replaced, as it was causing us some leaking. SRS was not only quick to schedule an appointment to come out and look at our gutter, but they were the only company that physically came to look at our gutters and give us a quote. Many other companies just looked our home up through google to quote us. While Mo was looking at our gutter, he offered to check our roof for us (as we just recently lost some shingles). He was kind enough to explain some issues he was seeing with our roof, offering suggestions of what needed to be fixed, and didn’t pressure us into purchasing a roof at all. As we were discussing what to do with our roof, a huge storm came through causing us to lose more shingles and exposed a huge hole in our roof. I immediately contacted SRS over the weekend to see if they could come out to quote us on a roof. Even on the weekend, Andrew was in communication with me right away. Both Mo and Andrew came out right away Monday morning to look at the damages. They were quick to give us a quote and took the time to explain each part to us. We found their prices extremely reasonable for the amount of work they were going to be doing for us. Within a weeks time we had a new roof, gutters, soffit and fascia. Their team was very professional, timely and clearly dedicated to their work. We were extremely appreciative that they even took an extra amount of time to clean up the yard to make sure our dogs wouldn’t step on anything.
