"Assessment of initial problem (clogged drains) and POA was explained thoroughly. I needed work completed by the weekend and work was scheduled in a timely manner. When a more serious problem was identified by the plumber who came out to clear drains, the problem was explained thoroughly. Tom understood my time crunch with out-of-town visitors arriving the next evening, He arranged to have a team of four arrive the next morning to get the work done. "David and Craig are great! They had to replace a drain pipe in our kitchen. They found the issue and replaced the pipe. Once we had the cabinets put back they came back the next day and put the sink back in and connected all of the pipes under the sink. They tested the dishwasher to make sure everything worked and they cleaned the area. Before leaving they checked under the sink to make sure there was no leaks. If you are looking for great plumbers, this is the place"
