"All Florida Exteriors representative, Michael, was very professional explaining how the job would be accomplished, the amount of time it would take and what we could expect from the crew. When I brought up the negative comments from online posts, he addressed every critique with a well-reasoned response allowing for the frustrations of the customer and how his company worked to resolve. The work was very well done, clean up thorough, crew work diligently from the very early arrival to the end of each day. We were so pleased that we have contracted with them for more extensive work on our home - work that we were having done but had not anticipated using FL Exteriors for. Michael did not do a sales job on us - we asked for the additional quotes after our positive first experience. I will repost after the next job is completed."
