"I can't even recall the time before Shelly, where someone was truly concerned about me being pleased. She came with her crew and was there for the final inspection. Everything was cleaned up. The only way you could tell they had been there was by my beautiful wood floor. The value for the money would be 10 stars if they rated that high. This was service that I thought was a passing memory. They made "MAMA" happy."
