"Chris called and came early for our appointment. He walked me through all of the issues with the work and gave me options(by phone as I was at work) . The work was done in an extremely professional and clean manner. Chris went out of his way to level out the bottom of my sink cabinet for no extra charge. The following morning we noticed a drip that turned out Not to be from Rapid's work. My wife called, Chris was there in an hour and replaced a faucet connector which was completely unrelated to the work he performed the previous day. Chris did not Charge for that repair. I could not recommend Chris or Rapid Plumbing any Higher. Responsible, Professional, Quality Workmanship and Fair pricing. As a homeowner, that is all that I could ever ask for from a tradesman.
