He communicated very well about his arrival time and showed up with everything needed to complete the job except for something he couldnâ t have known prior. He went to ACE hardware for the part without additional charges to me. He completed everything needed and sent me pictures and video (deep up in the attic) so I could see how well the job was completed. Very professional and cleaned up the area when done. "We had an emergency as our heat was out last night! I went to Anti list and Jay Bless responded within 5 minutes and he was in the area and would be at my home within the hour. He did arrive on time, very clean, masked and gloved and checked out the boiler and verified that the gas valve was not working anymore. He had one in stock on his truck (amazing) and replaced it and within the hour, the boiler was working again. Best part.....no emergency call charge like others.
