We didnâ  t want a production builder, as we know they cut corners because they have to build so many homes a year to make a profit. Because of this we decided to build a custom home. After a bit of research, we chose to build with Custom Homes. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We were on a budget, and they helped guide us on selections that what would work within our budget or close to it. We couldnâ  t afford an expensive interior designer, so they had their selection coordinator help with selections at no extra cost. We ended up with not just a house, but a beautiful home that our family has been able to grow into. If we ever plan to build another home, we will for sure build with them and recommend you do so as well"

"Working with Shane was awesome. The best part was how he kept us informed on the project. There was no guess work. Shane always returned phone calls immediately. If there was a problem Shane would take care of it immediately and completely. He was all about customer service and making sure everything was right. The addition is beautiful and the bathroom remodel turned out perfect. It was a complex remodel and Shane made sure it was done right. There are always issues that come up during a project (expecially since our roads were being resurfaced at the same time so access was not always easy) but we knew that Shane would be on top of it to resolve it. He was fair, honest and we really enjoyed working with him. I will definitely refer his company to any one who is in need of work at their home. He also added the small touches that make a big difference. My husband is a hands on kind of guy and Shane had no problem working side by side with him. He did what we asked and was able to think out side of the box when needed."

"Rick and his team were wonderful to work with. They helped us with design, worked with our budget, and were always timely. They pay attention to detail, and care about quality. This was a big project for our family. Rick and his team completed a kitchen remodel, new siding, all new flooring on main level of home, new ceiling finish, electrical and plumbing. Rick and his team became part of family during this 5 week project and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling or siding project. There were no surprises and they offered great communication during the project. I would use them again in a heartbeat. We couldn't be happier with the new kitchen and siding."
