"The owner came and gave me free estimates to do Chimney Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, and fixing some roof shingles. Then, due to weather and staffing issues, they had to reschedule my work for few times. At one point, I asked them whether they are going to take care of me or do I need to look for someone else. The owner told me sorry and said he will compensate multiple rescheduling by doing my work free of charge. I trusted them and they completed all work on a scheduled day and free of cost, yes, that's true. My wait and trust in them paid off. I was happy with the work done and recommend their service."
