Their team was knowledgeable and provided great customer service throughout the entire process. They were also very efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. They came for a chimney liner replacement. After tearing everything apart, they came to me and said I need a whole new chimney built. It was about to storm and everything was already taken apart, so I was bent over a barrel and had them build a new chimney. Over $6K later, I had a separate company come to do a chimney cleaning. They refused to perform the cleaning because Top Notch 1 did not get a permit for the new chimney. After scheduling a time and date for Top Notch to come, they did not show up without any prior notification. After continuous effort, Top Notch did eventually contact the town and had the inspector come for the permit process. While the issue is now considered closed, I am reluctant to use this company a second time. I believe most other reviews for this company on this website are fabricated by the company themselves.
