"Edward Camilio came to my house on time, suggested to me two solutions for waterproofing the floor of my basement mudroom. I selected the concrete solution, it was on Friday, Nov 25, 2022. In addition to that Edward examined my old basement, and suggested a solution for a couple of places where I had mold, because my old basement was open to outdoor throughout the summer due to the construction of the new house wing, including the new basement. The mold grew during this summer. I signed the contract on Friday, my mudroom is 154 square feet, the charge was $3172, that worked for me. The contract included fixing my fieldstone wall in the mudroom with concrete, and replacing the sheetrock covered with mold with a new one. Edward suggested to do the work by his teem within two weeks, that I considered very good during the busy holiday period. On Monday Edward called me and eventually scheduled this job to be done the very next day on Tuesday, Nov 29, I approved and the whole job was done in one day.
