He asked good questions and listened carefully to our answers. He then took apart the faucet and described the repair process and any potential problems that might arise to getting the plumbing repaired. Fortunately, Hugo was able to make the leak repair. "Mr. Ishmail, performed his job to my satisfaction. I was impressed with his ability to investigate the cause of my tankless water heater leak & then offered me cost saving solutions. I will strongly recommend him. For example, after changing the leaky valve & took upon himself to investigate why valve was leaking? He could have stopped there by putting a new tankless water heater (cost $3000). Instead he tested the water pressure (which was 140 psi instead of 80 psi). He charged me only for labor & part by replacing pressure valve. This resulted me saving significant time & money. It is over 4 days since he worked on my project & I am pleased to share that I no longer have high water pressure & there is no leakage of water."
