So, we decided to get another opinion and was referred to Hugo with Fast Repipe and Plumbing in San Jose. One of the things that we liked about Hugo is he was an excellent communicator. He asked good questions and listened carefully to our answers. He then took apart the faucet and described the repair process and any potential problems that might arise to getting the plumbing repaired. Fortunately, Hugo was able to make the leak repair. "Needed to see if we needed a new hot water heater as the old one was making a lot of banging type noises. Aaron came and looked at it and said it just needed to have all the calcium deposits flushed out. His technician,, William came and 30 minutes later after flushing out the tank, the banging is gone! Very happy with Aaron. He did not try to sell us a new hot water heater. :) Definitely would recommend his family owned company for any plumbing issues."

"Mr. Ishmail, performed his job to my satisfaction. I was impressed with his ability to investigate the cause of my tankless water heater leak & then offered me cost saving solutions. I will strongly recommend him. For example, after changing the leaky valve & took upon himself to investigate why valve was leaking? He could have stopped there by putting a new tankless water heater (cost $3000). Instead he tested the water pressure (which was 140 psi instead of 80 psi). He charged me only for labor & part by replacing pressure valve. This resulted me saving significant time & money. It is over 4 days since he worked on my project & I am pleased to share that I no longer have high water pressure & there is no leakage of water."
