"Do It Right Plumbers was cooperative and understanding from the first contact and throughout the whole process. Ms. Megan organized for the plumber, Mr. Adam MacCray, to visit us at our place on Friday afternoon, a time convenient to us. Adam came on time, did professional estimate and performed efficiently the water pipe and elbow replacement in the vertical wall behind the water heater between garage and the master bathroom. We did not have to tell Adam to use booties over his working shoes when entering the house: he came fully prepared. After completion, the water system was tested, and even the faucets in the bathroom were adjusted. Adam cleaned up the area after completing the work. Do It Right Plumbers recommended a company for the follow up work on cleaning and sanitizing the area as the result of pipe leak. Unfortunately, that company had to be replaced for several reasons. As a follow up, Do It Right Plumbers recommended the PRC company, which prepared the cost estimate before the job, followed up by cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom and garage area in a timely fashion. We will use "Do It Right Plumbers" for all our future plumbing jobs: We hope that Adam will be available to do the work."
