A few days later I called him to set-up a time for the job. He and his crew showed up and completed the work. He did everything that he promised. The crew left to go to another job. He walked the entire property as we discussed the scope of the project. The price of the project was extremely fair for all that had to be done. After the oak tree came down, John spent 3 days grinding the stump, and even stated after all the mulch was removed, that he would come back to make sure we were happy with the results and would further grind the stump if needed.
