    "Bob & Carrie are super people, and did a great job. My only concern is some lack of communication between my initial visit with Carrie (estimating) and installation. Some items I expressed I wanted a certain way, did not make it to Bob, so I had to catch a few things. HOWEVER, he saw situations I did not, and proactively made the necessary changes, adding gutter where non was planned, AND was NOT going to charge for it... which I thought was great, but I insisted, since it SAVED me money in other areas. I have a call-back for one small downspout to be redirected. Otherwise, great job!!!!!"
