Ben of Noel Garage Repair responded with an 8:12am call with an estimate from my Angieâ s List web site inquiry from the night before snd was out to do the repair by 10:45am the same morning. Ben had the replacement garage door springs with him on his truck and expeditiously completed the repairs within a couple of hours. He also replaced the bottom weather seal and greased all the pivot points and hinges. The garage door went from a heavy lift before the spring broke to a nicely balanced door easy to open. Ben was up front regarding the cost of service and provided detailed explanations of the repair job and maintenance tips providing a sample size of lubricant for future use. Ben was easy to work with and I have already recommended him to two friends for their garage door repairs. My only difficulty would be doing business with any other garage door service provider after Benâ s excellent customer service."
