"I hired ReBuilt for a full-gut interior renovation. From the first call to the final site clean I felt taken care of. The estimate was detailed and clear. The in-house designer, Kaitlin, implemented my ideas and tactfully injected a few of her own to create a beautiful finished design. My Project Manager Ricardo was onsite daily and posted logs on Buildertrend, the companies software system. It was great seeing the updates! He also kept adherence to the 16 week schedule and overcame some minor obstacles from the city and a few materials vendors. All in all I'm very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend ReBuilt!"

"Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."

"We are so happy for choosing Gettler Construction for our house remodel and addition. They not only do beautiful work, but they are good people you can trust. No matter what my request was, they made it happen, and always worked with me in my budget. Jason is a great at constant communication, and his crew was always willing to go above and beyond. When we first used Home Advisor to get bids, Gettler was comparable to others, yet his honesty and integrity stood out beyond the rest from the very first meeting. I am so glad we decided to choose him as our contractor. We had them build an upstairs Master Suite above our patio, as well as a mudroom and half bath, a full deck and outdoor kitchen. They also changed the framing of our porch and enlarged it. As well as refaced the entire house with siding and stonework, remodeled the existing kitchen fireplace and bathroom, added HVAC, and fencing. They truly made our house the best looking house in the block, everyday a neighbor gives us compliments on how good it looks. They work hard and wonâ t stop until you are happy, and they literally can do anything. I appreciate Gettler Construction everyday, for turning my home into my dream home and I give them the highest recommendation I can."

"tal team is an amazing remodeling company, we called them to remodel our bathroom in our house in Los Angeles. Everything was exactly the way Shawn promised. Every morning the workers arrived on time. They did a great job and left the place clean every time. Very detailed, very professional and they paid attention to the small details I was concerned about. We enjoyed working with tal very much and we would highly recommend them to everyone!"

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
