Spoke with Erica on the phone who was friendly and indicated that she could send Cody my way within the next hour and got me added to the schedule right away .. He arrived within that time period and was friendly and professional with his introduction. He discussed possible options, cost, and the pros and cons. Once I picked what I wanted, he got right to it and figured out the issue and then stepped me through the work he did and tested the drain several times while we were talking to ensure the drain was fully open. I also was made aware that I was over due on a water heater flush so I elected to have that flushed at the same time as well.. Cody and team made the situation much easier to work through. The drain is open, everyone was friendly and they were prompt . Iâ ll for sure be adding the contact info for Dr. Drains to my address book the next time a plumping issue comes up."
