"Bessy showed up promptly, gave me an estimate, showed me an example of the same exact project he had just completed to fix the flashing for another customer's attic vent, and explained how the repair would go. Bessy gave me a very fair price and I hired him right after our conversation. The actual repair only took approximately 30 minutes with the new vent kit and was professional installed. No more leaks in my attic!"
