Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. We had a big Living Room project where we asked them to custom-build a pair of bookshelves plus custom-build a TV stand and they built it exactly as I had envisioned it. It is perfect to the millimeter and so beautiful!! We also wanted paneling, trim and molding on our walls and they beautified our place to the exact detail that we wanted it, with such care and artistry in their work, working around the tricky vents and outlets seamlessly.
