He was willing to spend time explaining the system to us and also making sure we understood all problems. He was very clear about his billing and broke that down for us as well. Then came Brian !! Meticulous worker and very concerned about proper installation and upkeep. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure we understood care and upkeep of this new system.
