"The locksmith that came was late but called to let us know. It wasn't a huge inconvenience for us so wasn't a big deal. He was honest and was able to rekey a lock instead of installing a new one that we had purchased- saved us some money. He also gave us a couple of keys for no charge since he had been late. I would use them again."
