"I have to admit, I am picky to the point of being annoying at times, but Stu was a true professional every step of the way. Every detail was covered, including my last minute concerns. The team arrived to the project early, ahead of Stu who had already let them know about the concern. I couldn't have asked for more. The project, a ridge vent replacement, which was improperly install by a different roofing company, was on the smaller side dollar wise, but I was treated as if I was spending thousands of dollars. Communication between team members and customer ensured the project was perfect, completed in timely manner, and the clean up was impeccable, you'd never know they were there.
