I have owned my home for over 18 years, and have done a lot of work on it - from smaller jobs, to full underpinning and finishing basement, full kitchen gut and redo, full bathroom gut and redo. Overall, Juan was the best contractor I have hired in 18 years of working on this home. He was polite, punctual, his work was absolutely excellent, and his price was fair considering the scope of work. He removed my concrete driveway and replaced it with a permeable paver driveway that qualified for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's rebate program. My neighbors on both sides and in front of my home all commented on how great his crew was, how polite they were, and how great the driveway lookd. I HIGHLY recommend Melendez Renovations, LLC!"

He described the products he offers, showed us pictures of his work and a sample of the fence. Pricing is very competitive with other companies. He truly does take care of his customers. "The business owner, Chase, was very professional in response to my need for remodeling two bathrooms. We reviewed the work to be performed, signed a contract, and the work began within days. Nick, their employee, accompanied us during our purchase of items we wanted installed in each bathroom. This degree of personal involvement exceeded all my expatiations. The work and professionalism by Nick cannot be duplicated. He addressed the project as if our home was his.
