    "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"

      What is the nature of this job?: Repair existing water main
      Comment: Need water main line entering foundation fixed. We can here hissing sound so it is probably a pin hole repaIr. Water from this leak is entering foundation through water main line sleeve and gas line sleeve. Both will have to be sealed, I guess with hydronic cement patch. I have dug up most of soil to see the problem and Chester Water has confirmed that it is a leak they are not responsible for.
