"Mr. Yeagley was courteous & understanding. He was talkative and informative all while quickly working to fix our computer issues. He was pleasant and easy to talk with and made both my wife and me very comfortable with allowing him to do his work remotely since we live quite a distance from him. Mr. Yeagley was very reasonably priced, in fact he was one of the more affordable people we were able to find. He was extremely understanding of our financial standing at the time of our phone call and was very willing to work with us on payment of the bill.
