"We recently purchased a home on lake lure and knew substantial repairs were needed on the walkway down to the dock and on the deck above the boathouse. After several failed attempts to get a contractor, we received a call from Jesse Summerlin. He quickly came to our home and did a thorough evaluation of our walkway and deck. Jesse then reviewed what he found and made his recommendations. He was able to quickly get our project scheduled and started. A few adjustments had to be made but that is to be expected with the size of the project. All extra work was reviewed with us before proceeding. The work was done to a very high level and in a timely manner, even with many rainy days. We would highly recommend Summerlin Exterior Solutions. "Chris came to look at the job the same day. I first called him. He gave me a quote and talked about what was needed and what procedure would be followed and discuss different options available. It was easy to see. He was very professional and considerate. Chris started the job the next day with his coworker and finish the entire job in one day, which was amazing. The job involved a 60 foot long fence and removing some of the old fencing . I could not have asked for anything better. The fence looks great. I would recommend him many times over and I asked for some of his business cards that I could distribute to friends that needed his services."

"Working with Dwayne was a wonderful experience. He communicated really well and came out to give an estimate promptly. After the estimate he stayed in touch and gave me an install day. When the installation occurred, the workers were prompt, attentive to detail, pleasant, and professional. They were also neat and cleaned up after themselves. After having bad experiences with other contractors it was great to finally find a contractor with ethics who provides quality workmanship.
