"Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. "Contacted them when my roof needed replacing based on the reviews here and that they were local to me. I wasn't disappointed. Professional in every respect from start to finish. Quality workmanship and customer service throughout the project. Rob (owner) came to do an eval and explain what would be needed and proceeded to email me an estimate which was within budget. Ed (site supervisor) then contacted me with dates when everything would happen, dumpster and supplies arrival the day before the work was to be done. "Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
