"First off Rob is a TRUE Professional! We just had new carpet and tile installed throughout the house from a big box store. They removed and replaced trim where they laid tile but not carpet. This left us with mismatched base moulding. Rob was able to correct. Corners are tight, heights are matching, and everything it clean! Courteous, exacting and top notch! Takes his time, does it right the first time. Reasonably priced, exceptional value for the job! Really and truly above and beyond. THE REAL DEAL! Highly recommend!"

"Jim listened to my issues to get a full understanding of problems. He was very reassuring. He tried to fix the issue as cost effectively as possible. He took the time to explain the problem, and what he would recommend to fix the problem. I was very satisfied with the results.
