The job was fairly significant - a large portion of plaster with lath and mortar behind it was ruined due to a leak. George's price was fair, he showed up when he said he would - which meant several visits over a few weeks, did what he said he would, kept everything clean and the result was top-notch. On top of that he didn't request any compensation until 1/2 way done and then upon completion. As a result, I've asked George Grady to handle other projects for me."
