The team assigned to our kitchen master bath remodel project - from the demolition guys and frames to the tile guy, electrician, plumber, etc...were top-notch and did great work. During the entire process, if we had a question we could always call the office directly at any time. Now we want to remodel our other bathroom and garage. We did not even have to think twice. "We decided to install an outdoor kitchen and needed a solid base. The crew created a large concrete slab that measured around 400 sq. ft. They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. The precision in layout and attention to detail stood out to me. It feels like we've got a reliable foundation for years of outdoor use."
