"A huge hailstorm came through. Next day I had Austin come check out the roof. Our house had enough damage where the roof will be paid for by insurance claim. Austin was very professional, straight to the point, and explained everything we needed to do and helped us along every step to get insurance to pay for the whole replacement. One thing I really like about Austin is he went above and beyond to make sure the clean up after the job was done right. He was out after the roof build the next day with a magnet to get any remaining nails out of the backyard. "The whole process went very smoothly. It seemed daunting to me so I had been putting off having my roof inspected and repaired for a LOONG time. With the new hail season approaching, I could no longer do that. Andrew was a Godsend. He knew the whole process and helped us with it throughout, coordinating between my insurance company and my mortgage company. HOA, Town permits... and ourselves. You name it, they did it. Andrew scheduled the work to be completed in 1 day, as the weather was finicky and the work had to be done in between storms. The crew arrived early in the morning, worked furiously through the day and were done in the evening. They took care of the cleaning and I did not even need to dust my patio afterwards. Who knew you could find good customer service in this day and age! The roof looks great, and it already went through a small new hailstorm and still looks great.
