While here, Thad did a check of all my other plumbing items and saved me a future maintenance call by replacing my washing machine hoses, and adding a safety feature to my waterheater which had never been installed. Scotty even found a knob on their truck to replace the water valve for the toilet which was terribly worn. And they tightened a wobbley toilet seat! Those two things were very thoughtful and nice. "On December 25th, the toilets, sinks, showers, and washing machine in our home were backing up. We called All Plumbing Services of Triad at 8:00am the next day on 12/26/21 which was still the Christmas holiday weekend.
