"I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. I received a call within 10 minutes of contacting Angie along with dates available. Mackin sent a crew at the time scheduled. Kristain was able to diagnose the issue with my hot water tank within 10 minutes. I did not need to replace the hot water tank like I had been told by another service. The blower needed condensation removed which solved the problem. The tank would have cost $2350. My wife and I are incredibly impressed with the ethical treatment we received and will become new customers of Mackin.
