"Aundre and his crew worked diligently to locate the problem as to why my kitchen sink would not drain. Unfortunately, the problem was much further down the drainage line to the main. This required new piping to be placed. In the process of trying to locate the blockage, Aundre worked in five foot sections to locate the problem in an effort to help save $. The basement floor was jack-hammered, the entire pipe replaced, concrete poured, and the area cleaned up in this short amount of time. The entire team was very courteous, helpful, and professional."

"Sent a master plumber to resolve my issue (smell of rotten cabbage) in my laundry room. It had been there for almost three months and two plumbers, an exterminator, and a biologist couldn't solve it! Thoughtful approach to what the problem was (the last plumber recommended that we start ripping out drywall to see what was behind that could be causing the smell). The master plumber solved it for the price of a service call! Thank you, Polestar!"
