He is very professional, very dependable, very respectful, HAS COMMON SENSE, and not only listens to what you say and want, BUT he actually follows through and remembers it!!! He asks you for feedback in order to do what you want and to make sure he is understanding your desires correctly, which I appreciated very much. His work ethic is fabulous. He actually knows what he is doing and gets the job done right and timely, never having to worry if he is going to show up! I had a 1,000 square feet wooden deck destroyed by Hurricane Harvey which had to be redone. Only after 4 contractors later and years of delay...the 5th contractor was Joel and he was the only one who really thought things out and knew what he was doing!! He had to tear out part of the work guys before him had done, to fix it, and to finish the job. Thank you so much, Joel. You finally calmed my stress over that deck! "Called and made an appointment. Jamie showed up 10 minutes early with a truck displaying the name of the company. Proceeded up on the roof and inside the attic to determine cause of water leak. Provided pictures of problem areas and a reasonable charge to repair. Leak around flashing at chimney pipe Returned on agreed date and time to repair. Provided pictures of repairs. 2 weeks later we had another 1" rain storm. Roof leak in an adjoining spot. 2 feet away from original leak area repair. Called to advise. Jami showed same day and found another leak on top of chimney. Fixed it at no charge. This is an outstanding outfit. I will use him again any time."
