"Edgar from California pools was amazing. From the second he came here he took his time for two hours just to understand my project. Then he took time to find the right tiles that we wanted and the cost. I had four other Pool companies come to my house and none of them spent that much time. Nor did they went the extra mile to even get my contract. Once we decided with Edgar and California pools, he was in touch with me via text or phone call every minute and every step of the process. He had the guys here day one day two and day three to complete everything and he had the whole project planned and executed in said time. In fact early than expected. I was so blown away with the service that we ended up signing a maintenance package with his company, which I did not deal with my prior pool builder. California pools replaced our tiles and redid our plaster, which looks much better than it was before."

"Miguel was extremely professional. He showed up when he said he would, and was very prompt on calculating and communicating his estimate to me. Once I decided to use his services, he told me his availability, and showed up to start the job when he said he would. He informed me of the timing of the process to resurface the pool, and told me what the schedule would be. He completed the project as he said he would. Out of 3 bids for the project (all very similar), his was in the middle, but had an additional year's warranty. I'm very pleased with how it turned out, and I intend to use Miguel in the future for any pool maintenance/repairs."
